On the Day of the Wedding, August 24, we went to Fess Parker's DoubleTree. In the early afternoon, the men and women in the Wedding Party put on their attire, after which the formal Wedding Pictures were taken.
Audrey Duke and her grandson Michael Mahan pose together in the room where Michael, Matthew and Chris were changing to their wedding attire.
Big brother Michael struggles to help Matthew with shirt collar buttons, shoe tying, and other matters foreign to seven year olds.
Daddy Chris provides the some much needed help with slicking down Matthew's hair. In the background are Helen and Chris's brother Kevin, who came from Washington DC. We seem to have no other snapshots of Kevin.
Audrey and Ruth managed a brief rest in the lobby.
Laura and Audrey share a hug.
Ruth enjoyed a stroll close to the swimming pool.
The Ladies march away. We missed filming the classic glance backward across shoulders.
The lovely bride. Kelly is to our left. The professional photographers took full advanatge of the sunshine and the beautiful grounds.
